  4. Add the flour and salt, mixing until the dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Use your thumb to make a heart-shaped indentation in each cookie.
  7. Spoon a small amount of jam into each indentation.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool before serving.
